Course Instructor
Brandon Wiseman is the president of Trucksafe Consulting, LLC and Trucksafe Academy. He's a transportation attorney who has spent years counseling carriers of all types and sizes on all things DOT safety. He has assisted clients with developing safety programs, policies, and procedures from the ground up, represented them before the FMCSA in administrative appeals, safety rating upgrades, and civil penalty cases, and tackled some of the most complex regulatory issues plaguing the industry.
Over the years, Brandon has spoken regularly at industry conferences and events, lecturing on topics such as driver onboarding, hours-of-service, ELDs, CSA and SMS, DOT enforcement, safety ratings, and much more. Brandon also taught a course on DOT safety at the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis and has published a number of articles and white papers on the topic.
