Case Study: Bootcamp on the Road
We had the pleasure of spending two full days with a small team of risk advisors for a large commercial auto-liability insurer. We traveled to their office in Florida and spent time walking through a modified version of our Fleet Compliance Bootcamp materials, covering topics like driver qualification, hours of service, DOT registration and insurance, CSA scores, vehicle maintenance, roadside inspections, and much more. The content was custom-tailored to address these issues from the perspective of our audience: insurance professionals working with mid- to large-size motor carriers on their safety programs. We provided attendees with detailed outlines of the content, USB drives with key documents and forms, and even some Trucksafe swag!

Case Study: Annual Inspection Training
We worked with a large asphalt company out of Michigan to develop a two-day curriculum for their maintenance staff and their safety team. Day 1 involved hands on training in the shop covering all the components of a DOT annual inspection for commercial vehicles. We walked through the vehicle components that must be inspected, issues to look out for, and how to properly document the inspections. Attendees received a completion certificate at the end of the day. On Day 2, we worked in a classroom setting, walking through the nuts and bolts of DOT safety regulations, including how to properly qualify drivers, understanding the nuances of the short-haul exemption, how to improve CSA scores, and much more.
