Brandon is a transportation attorney, safety consultant, and the founder of Trucksafe Consulting. Over the years, he has had the privilege of representing some the nation's leading motor carriers and transportation providers on matters relating to USDOT safety and compliance. 

John Van Nortwick is the Sales Director of Safety Solutions for Drivewyze, North America’s largest connected truck platform.  Drivewyze provides weigh station bypass and safety notifications to trucking fleets through in-cab telematics devices and transportation IOT networks. Van Nortwick came to Drivewyze with 20+ years in senior product leadership roles designing and delivering safety and logistics product solutions to the trucking industry. Most recently, Van Nortwick served as Product Manager/Senior Solutions Engineer at Mastery, a leading supply chain logistics TMS platform, where he focused on Safety and Compliance solutions and integrations. Prior to Mastery, he has served in senior product leadership positions focused on safety and compliance including Vice President, Product Development at RAIR/Lytx where he pioneered ELD Audit and CSA solutions that have been adopted by over 50 of the top 100 for hire carriers in North America. 

Rob is an experienced regulatory compliance, DOT, safety, security, OSHA, Fire and Life Compliance Executive with decades of experience in safety management within the motor carrier industry. Rob has been a commercial driver, a safety director at a large passenger carrier, and has even owned his own trucking & brokerage companies.

Brian is a transportation professional with almost 30 years in the trucking industry. For 19 years Brian drove over 2 million safe miles and spent eight years as a driver trainer.  Over the next 5 years he dedicated his career to trucking safety and driver training, including creating and directing an in-house CDL training school for an Indianapolis based trucking company.
